Magic Moon Longbar Tattoo Needle 3508 Straight Round Liner – 0.35 mm, medium taper, 50 pieces

Its job: solid outlines with noticeably more width than a round liner. 0.35 mm needles carry more ink, which saves passes.

Open soldering instead of a cone lets the straight round liner pull thicker lines than a round liner with the same count. Magic Moon laser-checks every one of these needles during production and sterilises them with EO gas. The medium taper has a shorter tip than the long taper and so releases more ink per stroke.

What are longbar needles?

Longbar needles, also called long bar needles or needles on bar, are tattoo needles soldered onto a long needle bar. Unlike cartridges there is no plastic housing: the needle goes straight into your coil machine via grip and tube. Many traditional artists swear by this setup because they can tune their coil and needle precisely to their style. Hand-poke artists like using longbars as well.
