Use longbar 3525 for back pieces, sleeves and large backgrounds. With 0.35 mm (US 12) needles, ink saturates the skin faster.

You'll find the matching skull tube with the same configuration right on the product page. Two staggered rows arranged in a slight curve. The rounded edge lets transitions fade out softly. Ground as a long taper, it releases ink in measured amounts.

What are longbar needles?

Longbar needles, also called long bar needles or needles on bar, are tattoo needles soldered onto a long needle bar. Unlike cartridges there is no plastic housing: the needle goes straight into your coil machine via grip and tube. Many traditional artists swear by this setup because they can tune their coil and needle precisely to their style. Hand-poke artists like using longbars as well.
