Heavier than standard: a 0.35 mm needle diameter for more ink per stroke. 7-needle Round Liner Biodegradable Cartridge, made for strong outlines that still read clearly from a distance.

On a round liner the needles sit tight and taper together at the tip. Needle, needle bar with push bar and membrane go into the sharps container as usual. The medium taper has a shorter tip than the long taper and so releases more ink per stroke.

What exactly is biodegradable about the Biodegradable Cartridge?

Housing and back cap are the biodegradable parts: both are plastic-free. Needle, needle bar including push bar and membrane are not biodegradable and go into the sharps container after tattooing, as usual. Compared with our standard cartridges, that saves around 98 % plastic per cartridge. On top of that come paper blisters instead of plastic ones and packaging without lacquers or acrylic.
